Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan won two titles in the
two-day Sheikh Zayed bin Mansour bin Zayed Show Jumping
Championship that was held at the Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club on
February 5 and 6, 2009.
On Day 1, Sheikh Shakhboot finished first in the Speed Class
for Category A and B riders. Riding Vitesse Greenfield, Sheikh
Shakhboot completed his round in 53.43 seconds. Second place
in this category went to Nadia Abdul Aziz Taryam who was
astride Belise and third place was grabbed by Mohammed Ghanim
Al Hajri who was riding Shakira 94. |

The two-day championship was sponsored by ABT Group of
Companies, Abu Dhabi Sports Council and Mohammed Rasool Khoory
& Sons LLC and organized by the UAE Equestrian and Racing
Federation.
On the second day, Sheikh Shakhboot won the top position in
Class 5- One Round with Jump-off event for Category A riders.
Riding Tinka Bell, Sheikh Shakhboot completed the round in
31.75 seconds. Salim Khamis finished second on Granni Top in
32.35 seconds and Abdul Rahman S. Al Ka'abi finished third on
Feline S.
