"I did expect him to win," said Samokhina later. "Wambat
came out very quickly from the machines and showed great
speed. This was not a problem for my horse at all. Pais
settled well and did the work when it mattered," he added.

Cup of Russia Hydra for PA over 2800 metres. Ridden by
Russia's top jockey A. Kanukaev, Diligance showed his stamina
when he was asked the question as the small field of five
horses covered the first mile and a half distance and hit the
home turn with 400 metres to run.
"He's a great performer," said Cherednikov. "He always
impressed me. He's one of the best horses I have rode in my

Efros also welcomed all Arab owners who are interested in
acquiring Russian Purebred Arabian horses and take part in the
local races.
"We have successfully organised the series of the PA Breeders
