Please note the following:

1. All horses must be presented with an original FEI passport, an FEI approved National Passport with Recognition Card or an authenticated Vaccination Identity Document with up-to-date influenza vaccination record
2. At the Pre-ride Inspection please ensure that your horse is sufficiently warmed up before you bring it inside the vet gate . Any horse which will not permit examination or which is dangerous to the examiners shall be eliminated
3. Accompanying horses must be officially announced and shall be subject to all welfare regulations. Accompanying riders shall not unduly press the Child Rider or his horse into competing beyond their normal capabilities.
4. Riders must wear hard type riding helmets with chin strap and shoes with heels
5. Whips, spurs and long reins are not permitted
6. Private cars will not be permitted to travel near the horses on the red and white routes
7. Giving water or assistance of any kind from inside a car is forbidden
8. No crewing in the entrances or inside the vet gate
9. No more than two persons and the rider will be permitted with the horse at any time inside the vet gate
10. Any horse retired after the start must be shown to an official Ride Veterinarian before it leaves the venue
11. There will be a Best Conditioned Horse competition
